The kulpa Platform is used for storing and transmitting evidence so personal details you upload may be shared with the police, other persons contributing or relevant to the event and/or any associated third parties, including legal and medical professionals.
By setting up your user account on the Platform and adding your personal details you confirm that:
You understand how we will process and share your personal data under our privacy notice; and
You agree to the kulpa Platform User Terms which will bind you.
CONSENT TO PROCESSING LOCATION DATA
Consent to processing Location Data
We would like to utilise your Location Data including details of your current location in the kulpa Platform. By enabling your Location Services as part of the set up of your account on the kulpa Platform you will consent to the processing of your Location Data.
HOW YOU CAN WITHDRAW CONSENT
You may change your mind and stop using the kulpa Platform at any time by contacting us at admin@kulpacloud.com but that will not affect the lawfulness of any processing of your data carried out before you withdraw your consent.
By disabling your Location Services at any time, we will no longer have access to that data but that will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you disabled Location Services
CONFIRMATION OF CONSENT TO UPLOAD SOMEONE ELSE’S PERSONAL DATA
Before clicking confirm and uploading someone else’s personal data though the Platform which may include personal details, medical information, and/or any other evidence or data, you confirm that either:
you have the consent of that person to provide this information on their behalf; or
you have received a formal and valid request for the police or legal professional to provide information.
