Consent to installation of the Injury Capture App
Under data protection laws, we are required to provide you with certain information about who we are, how we process your personal data and for what purposes, and your rights in relation to your personal data. This information is provided in the link below and it is important that you read that information before proceeding.
Your personal data will include your name, contact details and device information along with certain details about your position as a police officer. The IC App is used for injury reporting for victims so personal details you upload may be shared with the victim, the witnesses (if any), associated third parties and/or medical professionals.
By setting up your user account on the App and adding your personal details you confirm that:
You understand how we will process and share your personal data under our privacy notice and
You agree to the IC App User Terms which will bind you.
How you can withdraw consent
You may change your mind and stop using the IC App at any time by deleting the IC App or contacting us at admin@anatomap.com but that will not affect the lawfulness of any processing of your data carried out before you withdraw your consent.
Confirmation of consent to uploading victim’s personal data
Before clicking confirm and uploading personal data of the victim though the App which may include personal details, medical information and/or photographs of their injuries, you confirm that you have the consent of the victim to provide this information on their behalf.
