Details of the two certifications

BS 10008:2020 Evidential Weight and Legal Admissibility of Electronic Information - Means that all data captured with, or uploaded to, the platform, holds evidential weight, is legally admissible, and able to support a legal process if and when required.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System - Which means that our system preserves the confidentiality, integrity, availability and authenticity of information.

For our users

The kulpa app and platform empowers users to securely store evidence. Evidence of anything. If the user chooses, they can share their evidence file, securely from within the app, perhaps with a Solicitor or alternatively if needed, report the incident and share the evidence with the police.

Importantly whatever the user decides, the evidence they upload to their kulpa cloud, will be safe, secure and available; whenever or wherever they need it.
